Please don't believe the fictious reviews below. I hired this law firm based upon the reviews below, but unfortunately I did not have the same experience. Also, I'm not sure who those employees are they mentioned below but I had the distasteful pleasure of working with Patti ( office manager) & Cindy( paralegal). Patti appeared to be concerned about helping me prior to signing the retainer however after I signed the retainer her attitude and demeanor switched to rude. From start to finish Mr. Greenberg, Ms.Kathy and Ms. Nika were great! Whenever I called the prompt responses I received made me feel comfortable. Mr. Greenberg was professional and explained everything to me carefully and worked the best settlement for me. Ms. Kathy is simply the sweetest and made my day each time I called. I was referred to Mitch by a Very trustworthy source and I was not disappointed. From the moment I met Mitch, I was impressed by his confidence and that followed through to the moment the Workers Comp Commission granted in my favor. Over 3 years ago, I tore my shoulder on the job and had to have two serious surgeries. Not only was Mitch helpful as a lawyer but, because he had the same procedures to his own shoulder, he helped me understand the medical situation and what to expect from treatment.
