Absolute worst company to do business with. Customer service is nonexistent, lead times are outrageously long and delivery is horrible. They use Ryder Delivery, which has a terrible reputation (see the reviews online where on many sites Ryder gets 1 star overall!). There are many better options for furniture (RH, Pottery Barn, etc.).

What a terrible and a joke company. I am a designer who purchased a bar cart with my clients. The piece was delivered with broken wheel and scratched brass frame. I did inform sales assistant and customer care of the problem, was confirmed the photos were received. Yet 3 weeks later I don't have any replacement item, no proper customer care follow up, and bs info that they never received any photos. Stay away to save yourself time, headaches, and frustration. We received a daybed that was not as specified. Customer service is horrible. They don't respond to emails. They don’t answer calls. They don’t take the product back. They just leave you hanging. I should have trusted other reviewers. I bought so many pieces from RH, Jonathan Adler, CB2, and even galleries. Never had such a horrible experience. How are these people even in business?
