Update to my post from two years ago. Original post below. New post today on 10/17/23: We are trying to purchase more furniture, but the store does not appear to be open when they say it’s going to be open. In addition I’ve called multiple times, but no one answers the phone, then when it goes to voicemail, it says the voicemail box is full. This store does not seem to appear what it was two years ago when I made the original post, which follows. Looking for furniture for new apartment and was excited to head here as I’ve loved their stuff. Sign on doors says they are open 12-5 on Sundays but tried to go today 10/8 at 3:20 with doors locked and no one inside. Not even a sign letting customers know.

I was promised a 16 week turn around for my sofa. It’s been around 23 weeks. My salesperson Molly was initially very attentive, particularly during the sales process and then became more and more delayed in her responses. I find it very hard to believe she/they didn’t know they were headed towards closing the doors of this store, this explains why the customer service drastically spiraled. Disgusting and deceitful.
