I always appreciate my experience at Dr. Mitchell's office. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean and Dr. Mitchell is always nice and personable. You won't go wrong with the level of care and attention to your teeth at Mitchell's General & Cosmetic Dentistry. They are excellent!!
Felicia should reconsider her role, as her customer service skills are extremely lacking. I was charged $145.00 for a “comprehensive oral evaluation – new patient” that was never disclosed upfront. When I called for clarification, I was told this fee covered the dentist performing an oral exam after the cleaning, intramural periapical images, bitewings, and related services. Mitchell Dentistry (Fayetteville, GA) Be very careful with this office. I went in expecting a simple filling (quoted under $150), but without proper explanation or consent, they started doing a crown. I only found out because I questioned what was happening during the procedure when I glanced at the scan they were taking. Afterward, I was hit with an unexpected bill of nearly $500. Love this dentist! Customer service is great by everyone! The Dr is knowledgeable and helped me fix my smile! The whole team is amazing! 10/10, I recommend!
