I used Mitchell Engineering on the recommendation of a developer friend. The end product was basically hand written notes, calculations and sketches. Mike basically refused to put these into a digital format that were acceptable for building departments or architect use. Using this company for engineering design will most certainly cause months of delays and excess $$$$ spent on a project. I would highly suggest staying away from this firm.
