Who could expect a good outcome if that is the number on the caller ID? I want to clarify, I considered Dr Duterte for his outstanding education and most valuable, for not being part of the UF/Shands network of (can't use description or post would be banned). Dr forgive me if my post caused you any trouble. If I could only describe the suffering they caused to my family you would change your number and demand that they compensate you for using your good name to advance their impunity.

I have been seeing Dr Duterte for several months now. He seems to be caring and very detail oriented. I recently had an endoscopy done and have a diagnosis. My follow up was cancelled because my insurance changed and my primary is now my Medicare. Medicare told them to bill them directly but the office said no..... So, I am in pain and just have to wait. Compassion is NOT among this offices better traits.
