Horrible experience here! Unprofessional doctor with no patience for kids! First off it was a long wait of 45 minutes. Took my 12 year old with a bad ingrown toenail. She has had one removed before so she knows the pain and was crying. He refused to put the numbing spray begore giving her injections! She was understandably scared..he left the room saying she needs to calm down or i can't work. Then proceeds to complain about her to the staff as if we couldn't hear! I was waiting for an extremely long time. I was a new patient and I had a appointment at 1pm. The nurse behind the counter was very unprofessional and spoke as if she was talking to a friend. The doctor was a joke. He was playing a lot and talking as if I couldn’t hear him. He asked the nurse about me and then began laughing stating that they were going to see me last because I was new.
