Mitchell did a very thorough and thoughtful analysis on the different areas of my body that were causing pain before actually massaging those areas. I appreciated the attention to detail, and the focused effort to relieve discomfort in the areas I had mentioned. He’s extremely well researched and I would highly recommend him.
Mitchell is great! He is very conveniently located in South Miami, and the building even has a parking lot!! On my first visit, he took a lot of time to thoroughly understand my medical history, and then catered the massage to my specific needs. He also showed me some helpful exercises to do at home to help! And, if you're just looking to relax and unwind, he also offers that type of massage! I felt great after the massage (and the whole week after), and I highly recommend his services.
You will be making a mistake if you don't make an appointment with Mitchell. He has cured me of migraine headaches and neck pain that I have had for years. He genuinely cares about your well being.

Mitchell is the most amazing massage therapist I have encountered in my life long quest for a good massage. He is caring, extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body and will work very hard at relieving your pain. He specializes in neuromuscular massage and will find the trigger points from which pain originates and help you find relief. He is amazing!
