I had a simple oil change and my service advisor Eric was very helpful and overall made my visit a great one.
Very happy with my experience and my purchase from Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Przemyslaw and team were great to work with and made the entire buying process quick and easy.
This is a dealership to avoid when shopping for a new Jeep. Contacted me and advised the vehicle which I inquired was available. I asked them to send over pricing but instead, just 2 hours later, was told they accepted a deposit on the vehicle from another party over the phone. Either the story is true, in which case the car was sold out from under me, or the vehicle was never available, and it was a bait and switch. Either way, I cannot recommend this dealership.
Highly recommend, great experience all the way around!
