I am a first-time customer. I had a rental unit that needed some dated carpeting removed and replaced with vinyl flooring. I need this done in a timely manner to get on the market. Everett was pleasant to deal with, he gave a timely competitive quote and when agreed to, he scheduled the sub-contractor fairly quickly.
