I turned up without a booking in need of some urgent maintenance to my bike on route to Portsmouth from Sheffield bikepacking.Although they were busy Andy and his staff happily fitted me in and got me back on the road, these people are proper cyclist enthusiasts and it shines through with their knowledge and excellent customer service.i was in the shop hanging around like a spare part for about an hour and believe me every customer got Andy’s full attention and professional advice. First class customer service which is rare these days. Placed an order online. Received a phone call to arrange convenient date and time for delivery. Bike came packaged well and in perfect condition, part assembled - massive help! With clear instructions on how to complete assembly. Fantastic, would not hesitate to order again!
