Owes our company thousands of dollars! Untrustworthy. It's been over a year and still have not been paid for work. If you go with Mitchell Pool's be sure to get LEAN RELEASES because they do not pay their subs!
If being completely honest, we are extremely happy with the pool and would recommend Mitchell pool. I would advise that sometimes communication was difficult, as I as the customer set extremely high expectation around customer service. However in reality, there are possibly multiple ongoing project(s) for the Mitchell team. I accepted this with the caveat that milestones were adhered to, which all in all should be the driver here. Stay away from this builder. Total fraud!
If being completely honest, we are extremely happy with the pool and would recommend Mitchell pool. While most of their subcontractors did a good job, the owner, sales staff and project Forman of Mitchell Pools did not. There were several items in my final draw that did not make it to the final product, one being an umbrella support in the sun shelf, the other was a jump rock. The jump rock did finally get done, 3 months after the pool was up and running. The only way to get all final punch outs done is to get angry. Calls go unreturned, they said they would take care of final details over 3 months ago, still not completed... read more
