I've been working with Tim Cutliff on multiple commercial up-fits and renovations the past couple of years. Tim is easy to work with, and the project gets done on time and on budget. Tim and Mitchell Contracting helped us through a particularly unique and difficult situation and went out on a limb to get a tenant in the space on time to avoid penalties. I would recommend and he is the first person I call.
Even during a time when everything is hard to get and expensive, Mitchell Contracting did an amazing job. They were done way ahead of schedule, came in under all bids, and the communication was amazing. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if in need.
