He asks the questions that make you feel comfortable and he’s a confident doctor.
Walked in/New patient . Friendly nurses and doctors . Front staff wasn’t very pleasant. I almost walked out. Crowded lobby. The wait was lengthy and I was in great pain . After being seen the nurses and practitioners were awesome and understanding with patients needs and concerns.
Dr Mitchell Cares, patient, talks, test, and will make sure he checks all boxes. He is the doctor to see. Yes you might have to wait you aren't his only patient. Yes his staff gets busy again not the only one. But they go out of their way for us. Thank you for meeting me at 730 for my test when you don't open until later I am white and they are not racist. Who ever wrote that. They care. I can call and they will see me. They are all smiles and helpful. Thank you for having me back. Blessed and Thankful for all of you.
His office staff is rude and so is he. She lacks compassion and knowledge. I went to see him because my usual doctor in the office was not available. Dr. Mitchell made fun of my disease and made a rude comment regarding treatment when he didn’t even really know what the disease what let alone how to treat it. Very disrespectful and not worth any more of my time or money.
If you have issues he will work hard to find out what is causing them. Great doctor.
I believe Mitchell and his office staff to be racist, arbitrary and extremely expensive.
Dr. Mitchell is an excellent doctor. But I have received the worst case of customer service ever experienced from a physician office. Completely Terrible!
