Working with Mitchell Smith of Mitchell Building & Remodeling will be the biggest mistake of your life. I first met Mitchell in July 2023 for a 140,000 dollar project. He would constantly tell me he is working on it, only to show up in October with a draftsman to do the plans. Hurricane Ian was the excuse everyone is so busy.
