Went by to look at hummers and noticed something that appalled me. How do they think it’s ok to shame female employees like this. It would be one thing to lock their bathroom but this is obvious bullying. Lost my business if this is how female employees are treated.

Kevin Drake, Chris Kemp and the rest of the Mitchell Buick-GMC staff were great! The whole experience was great! Mr. Drake knew exactly what I needed when I told him my situation. I took home the first and only car I drove because I loved it so much and the price was right. Thank you Mitchell Buick-GMC!!

Bought car in January. Was promised second key fob and a front license plate mount and two interior trim pieces. Still nothing. Rep promised to call me at 3pm yesterday but just like a dozen other promises I did not hear from him. DONT drive off the lot without everything or you will never get what they promise. Lots of excuses and no results.

My experience was amazing! I contacted Casey about what I wanted to do as for a trade in, and what I wanted for a new purchase, she worked on the deal and contacted me when she got all information done, I headed to San Angelo, finished up the paperwork, and was driving away in my new 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir in only 1.5 hours! I highly recommend Mitchell Buick, Casey, Austin, Matt and the rest of Mitchell Buicks staff. They have always been amazing to work with. Thank you.
