I underwent surgery with Dr. Berger 4 years years ago. The surgery created more problems that are more significant than the problem that I started with. When I saw Dr. Berger a few months after the surgery, his recommendation was more surgery. I have since obtained 2nd opinions. Additional surgery is not warranted. And the original surgery was done in such a way that it caused my now more significant problems. I am so sorry that I met Dr. Berger. My issues with my incontinence was so severe that it got to the point where I didn’t want to go out. I knew every bathroom in every shopping center ! Absolutely top-notch physician. Explains everything very clearly, listens, and asks great questions! He is concerned about getting to the root cause of issues and is open to working cross-functionally (e.g., with a great physical therapist) and is open to using compounded formulations for sensitive skin. The fact that he is kind and patient goes a long way towards the healing process as well.
Dr Berger is an excellent and very nice Doctor. He is very helpful and thorough. He always answers my questions. He is very quick.
