Midway through a road trip from Texas to Minnesota my antifreeze reservoir cracked and needed replacing. Mark got the part ordered, delivered, installed and had me back on the road with no more overheating in no time at all. Definitely saved the day and got me all the way to my destination.
I was on my way from Kansas City to Bentonville when the strong winds and driving on the highway blew off the loose panel in my rear bumper! I was in crisis mode and really worried about what I would do, so I quickly used google to find the closet open auto shop to help me. The owner here helped jerry-rig a wire to hold my bumper in place, and I was able to drive all the way to Bentonville and back. He didn't charge me anything either!! What a life saver!!
