Dr. Austin was phenomenal and so intelligent. He treated our son at Advent Hospital for Children. My 21 month old son had an abscess in the lymph node area on neck and he promptly ordered CT scan and drained it. He was “to the point” and thoroughly made sure he was taking care of the problem quickly. I loved his demeanor and expertise. You don’t always see that. I highly recommend, and if we need anything I will absolutely be reaching back out to him.
So dismissive. Zero compassion or empathy. Will not return
We had a very bad experience with Dr Austin. He spent less than two minutes with us. He didn't speak to us didn't explain anything. It was very disappointing. I will be finding a different ENT pediatrician.
