The Mitchell Association Management group does a wonderful job of managing our community. They exhibit professionalism by arranging regular meetings with residents, keeping us informed of the budget or changes that *** be needed all in a timely manner. They welcome feedback from the residents on issues. They communicate via e-mail, virtual meetings, phone calls or *** visit in person to make sure issues are addressed. I feel confident that this company always has our best interest in mind.******************
Our small condo community board hired Mitchell management several years ago and I am so pleased with their service. They are a good team and they provide assistance to our board when managing our budget and condo association needs. Mitchell Association Management is THE best management company in ******** bar none. I have been on our condominium board for 5 years now and I have been president for two. We hired Mitchell Management just over 2 years ago and they have been a welcome relief from our previous one. Their years of experience truly shine through! Terrible property management. Will not answer emails or phone calls to get information. Paula is extremely rude and not at all fit for this type of work. Keeps raising our dues with nothing to show for it. Can't keep track of assements that have or have not been paid. Saves yourselves the headache and find a different company to manage your properties.
