Customer friendly, great service, parts always stocked(if not it is ordered next day or when available!), nice, polite, and family oriented! Great place and all the people are super helpful!
Great customer service! Thank you to Ms. Vickie, Danny, and all of the rest the staff that helped my sister and I find a replacement element for our parents 60 yo oven and to find a great technician (Tony of Tony's Appliance Repair) to help us get a stubborn screw taken care of and replace the clip on the end of the element wire.
Absolutely the best appliance experience I've ever had they were extremely nice and knowledgeable they were able to find the parts for my whirlpool dryer and they work with a warranty as well for 1 year!!!! Great prices as well and sooooo friendly
