Excellent service, competitive pricing and quality product and installation. Very happy we chose Mitchell Aluminium to install our new Crimsafe screen doors.
Based on my recent experience, I would not use this business. Clumsy installation requiring numerous modifications (x3) until the screens were refabricated and the process started again. A solid month wasted, and were talking simple rectangular screens! Thankfully, I didn't engage them for a security door as initially planned. Also, I completely agree with an opinion voiced in a recent review. The receptionist would have to be the rudest and most distasteful person I have encountered in the local service industry.
I spoke to a receptionist on the phone regarding the previously installed security screen door repair. Without the job number provided by them, they were not able to provide any warranty service, which was understandable, but the way she spoke to a customer was absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful manners. Tried to reach out as their company name was labelled on my screen door, but clearly, they need to improve customer services like this kind of case.
We ordered three screen doors. The larger screen door doesn't fit..We are still waiting for them to fix. They said they'd be back today to fix it, however, they advised (after we rang them)that they were too busy with other jobs. Despite rescheduling our entire day to cater for their visit to finish the job they did not turn up. You would think you would finish one job before starting another job. I'm not confident they will turn up tomorrow..
