Terrible company to work with. Our heat has been off for almost a week. Every tech they sent said the problem was fixed only to have the heat turn off hours later. They threatened damages when I asked to cancel my contract. Still no heat. It seems that every person they sent has made the problem worse. Don't waste your money on the "service contract". Their techs only make a small problem into a much bigger issue.
Since you guys took over, it's been a good experience. The guys that come to my house have all been very courteous and I have good thing to say about them.
Have used Mitchell for oil and LPG service for over 20 years. Reliable is the word that comes to mind. Mitchell's technicians are professional and polite and explain in layman's terms what they are working on.
