Mitchell is a top-notch company. Their team of professionals did expert work and were super efficient. They left the basement cleaner than they found it!
Ran out of oil multiple times because they would not deliver more than once a month during the very cold winter. Spent almost a week without heat. Most of the techs they sent were new and seemed to make our heating problem worse.
Terrible company to work with. Our heat has been off for almost a week. Every tech they sent said the problem was fixed only to have the best turn off hours later. They threatened damages when I asked to cancel my contract. Still no head. It seeks that every person they sent has made the problem worse. Don't waste your money on the "service contrac". Their techs only make a small problem into a much bigger issue.
We had a problem with our boiler. A tech was sent within a few hours. He was kind, professional and efficient.
