The problem that I have with mitchel homes is that if you have a military family living under you or next door to you and they don't like you for whatever reason (example color of your skin) , they can make a complaint to the management office and you will get evicted. Tayfun ( the director) made it very clear military comes first! And that he doesn't want any complaints from military to reach corporate. This apartment complex used to be really nice and peaceful place when I visited my family there, but unfortunately it has changed a lot. I visited my family yesterday and I noticed people hanging around near the maintenance building smoking weed and playing loud music. My mother also mentioned that people were doing hair in the parking lot, which makes the property feel less organized and less professional that it once did. I lived there for almost 4 years and the previous management was awesome! Gloria was fantastic but in the last couple years new management moved in and messed it all up! Rent increased, which hurt the long time tenants that are civilians or retires. Then with the increase there was nothing done to the community, until maybe the last 6 months , and it was new sidewalks.
