I was under the care of Dr Jean Woo during my first pregnancy, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Every prenatal appointment with her felt rushed—typically lasting no more than five minutes. I just want to thank Jean for my how well she has looked after me during my surgery and follow up afterwords. Listen to all my questions and even contact me once I was home for a week to see how I was. Definitely Grateful to know that she cares and I can ask any questions

I made a phone call to book an appointment and I was very scared and unsure with the procedures. Jane at the front counter was extremely helpful and spent 30 minutes on the phone providing me the whole procedures and price list of the service. She took care of my feeling and also told me what to expect before and after arriving to the appointment. Dr Jane Woo is also very caring and able to provide in depth information regarding to my situation. I would recommend this clinic. ☺️
