Very courteous staff and great support
Very rude receptionist, my mrs booked an appointment for IUCD insertion and had some questions to ask, rather than answering, the receptionist hung up the call. Disappointed I wish there was an option for zero stars
Have absolutely no idea why the reviews against reception staff. They are the most compassionate understanding people I've met. They will go beyond to ensure you are treated with full respect! I've had no problems with the doctors here. But the reception is beyond rude, completely unnecessarily. When you're dealing with vulnerable people, the least you can do is offer professional neutrality. Especially when that person is only seeking clarity about the date of their next appointment. Find a different industry to work in if you can't manage your own hostility toward those who don't deserve it.
