I’ve had a really good experience with Dr Mei Chan and the whole team. She is very patient, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps me feel at ease. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t rush into recommending tests or treatments, and instead gives thoughtful, practical advice on what to do next. I had a great experience. The staff and nurses were very friendly and professional, and the clinic was calm, clean, and reassuring for pets. Dr. Hootan is highly skilled at accurately diagnosing pet conditions and providing effective treatment. Highly recommended
I would 100% recommend Dr Mei Chan. She is so patient, explained things in detail and does not recommend any unnecessary treatment or tests, she asked me to come back if my little one doesn’t get better in few days, then at that time she may consider those tests. Which I think it’s very reasonable and it’s budget friendly. It’s such a pleasant experience and I felt sooooo relieved. Highly recommended!
Dr Hootan is an amazing and caring doctor. He always takes the time to listen properly and explains everything clearly. His professionalism and kindness truly stand out.
