I was refused a Telehealth appointment because I hadn’t attended the practice recently (have attended many times before), so I had to make the effort to come in person. After waiting over 20 minutes past my appointment time, I was then told I couldn’t receive a medical certificate because I hadn’t been seen “on the day”—despite the fact that no same-day appointments were available in the first place. I’ve had trouble finding a good doctors after moving to Adelaide until I found this clinic. They’re so attentive and thorough, and really care about their patients. The reception staff, especially Ashlee, have been so helpful and kind. 5 stars!!!
Absolutely wonderful service at Mitcham GP. They are very thorough and timely in relaying information, super transparent and I'm never left wondering what I should do next like if I need a new referral or anything like that - Mitcham GP lets you know EVERYTHING, and as I have ADHD this is a huge positive. Warm receptionists, I'm very comfortable talking to them. I'm always cc'd in with the information relayed between my GP and my therapists. Would definitely recommend Mitcham GP!
All the doctors and reception staff are excellent but Dr Danny Zhong deserves a special mention for his extra care and attention. Unfortunately, he's not staying at the practice :(
