Unfortunately, my experience here during Mother’s Day weekend was disappointing. I understand that it is a busy time for florists, but the flowers looked wilted and lacking freshness despite premium pricing, which didn’t feel like good value. I’d also suggest the business reconsider how it responds to negative feedback online. Saying you value customer opinions while posting lengthy defensive replies can come across poorly and discourages honest reviews. It comes across as contradictory and honestly not a great look. I ordered online (Native Box #3 WOW) at midnight the day before Mother's Day 2026 and expected an early call the following day to cancel because the order was so late. To my delight and surprise, the order was accepted and delivered. Even better, the flowers I ordered were better than the photo online!
