We have been clients of Mitch Warren - State Farm for almost 20 years. He and his staff have been wonderful to work with. We trust and believe in him and his staff. They are hard-working, honest and helpful in meeting our needs. Highly recommend!
I'd like to preface this review to say they did apologize however never accepted any fault. There are at least 8 other state farm local agents in Hendersonville TN I'd recommend using one of the others over this office. After a major billing issue (thousands of dollars charged) that was the result of Deanne in this office going click happy on her computer and paying an out of state account and a bank escrow insurance account for the entire year, and ignoring the reason of the call (to catch up on 3 auto policies that were ov... read more
Office staff is outstanding!!! Helpful and so nice. I have 4 houses 6 cars and a few other policies along with life and umbrella. Mitch is awesome. Deann the whole office staff is extraordinary and competent in all my insurance needs. They are professional and friendly.
