What was shaping up to be a major problem concerning the amount of water entering the sump pit in the basement was put to rest by calling Mitch very early in the morning. Within 15 minutes he had a service truck at our house ready to install my spare pump in the pit. The serviceman "Brent" had a quick peek & very quickly had the spare pump installed complete with piping it to the exterior. After having no running water, Josh from MRP came out and diagnosed our water pressure tank being water logged and replaced it the same day! Not only am I impressed with Josh coming out the day I called, but also diagnosing and fixing the issue in less than 3 hours!
