Unacceptably unprofessional. Mitch waited until the last minute to get docs to my partner on her first home purchase, causing the signing to get pushed back to the end of a Friday. He did not oversee his Closer and never knew the escrow money was wired to the wrong title company with a similar name! This caused the sellers of her future home to be unable to close on their new house. His oversight was blatant negligence. I got Mitch’s number from a friend. If you’re looking for someone to push a home loan through fast, with minimal effort and paperwork I really recommend using him. I had issues going through Lea County State Bank, they made everything so difficult and took forever. I called Mitch and in no time I was able to put an offer in on our house. Timeliness is super important and it doesn’t seem like very many people get that nowadays. Call Mitch!
