I bought my Silverado there in 2021...it still runs great. I did my research on the vehicle before I purchased it making sure that model had good reviews etc. Also, I ran a Carfax for that particular VIN...it certainly pays to do your research before buying any vehicle especially used ones. I received great service from this dealership.
Bought a Subaru. Transmission failed 4 months later.
Worst car lot in town. My dad bought a Ford Explorer 2006 for $6000.00 two weeks ago and didn’t drive drive it 250 miles and the timing knocked a hole in the valve cover. We asked for help and they put a valve cover on it and told him the timing knocked. I called the lot back and all he had to say was sorry and it wasn’t his problem. Now dad has to pay $3500.00 to have it fixed or just let it set in the yard. I have asked to speak to the owner several times and I am all ways told he is unavailable???Please beware
Mike is the best! Since buying my 2010 cherry red mustang convertible almost a year ago I have not only recommended him to everyone I hear mention needing a car but I also took a friend of mine to buy her one. I honestly think that if he wouldn't own it, he wouldn't sell it on his lot, and you honestly cannot beat his prices. He doesn't talk you in to anything, his cars and quality of the entire experience sell themselves!!
I bought a 2017 Ford escape.The next day the transmission started slipping.They payed for a warranty to get the transmission fixed.I wated 30 days and had to have it towed to the Ford dealership in Lenoir.The warranty inspection was done and it was Denied due to it was a pre existing problem.The owner of Mitch Moters will do nothing to help me.Buyers Beware of this place.
