Love the house. But have a piece of modeling missing off of my garage that rodents and insects can easily access . And was promised internet that never happened. Never answers phone calls and can’t come through with promises
Bad wiring and never responds to any calls or texts he is a guy who uses good material but uses cheap labor and nothing works like its supposed to Just bought a brand new built house and have many issues even stuff under contract didn't get fixed
The only reason I gave them one star is because there was no option for 0 I recently bought a new home from Mitch and I love the home, but I was told during the walkthrough that the items on the punch list would be fixed within a 10 day time frame and even had a signed document. The fan in master got a burnt up light because electrician wired it wrong I had to pay for repairs myself and buy a whole new light and fan. My cabinets were uneven, the stuck a clamp on and never came back. They never came back for any touch ups. My... read more
