Had my oil change and tire rotation. They didn't rotate my tires, so had to take it back again. Then I got 2 block away and almost lost my front left wheel!!! They didn't tighten the lug nuts on that wheel. There is no excuse for this! We take our vehicles here because they a certified service department. Even better you would think the service manager would call an apologize. Still waiting!!! Worst experience ever!
First experience there was a good one. Service department performed a computer recall on my pickup and did it quickly. Really nice staff and waiting area.
