Dr. Mitch is exceptional! She’s very thorough, takes her time, and gives her full attention. I’m sending my daughters to her now as they graduate from the pediatrician. I fully believe we’re all in good hands! I also like that she’s connected to Baptist. The check-in process was professional & quick. The in-house lab was convenient....They hit my vein on the first try, and that never happens! It takes a while to get an appointment as a new patient, but she’s worth the wait! I highly recommend.
Receptionist put me on hold for over 15 minutes and never picked my call back up. When I called back she quickly said "please hold" and put me on hold without listening to a word I had to say. Disrespectful and unprofessional - doesn't make me feel they care about their patient's time.
