I would not recommend this attorney for family law matters. My dissatisfaction is not based on the outcome of my cases, but on the handling of them. On two separate occasions, he failed to present evidence I had provided, stating it was “hearsay,” while similar evidence from the opposing party was accepted and used in court. Additionally, I was not adequately prepared for questioning, and it appeared that he himself had not fully prepared—missing key opportunities to question the other party while they were on the stand. Is unaware of unwilling to research relavent laws about wants complaints and information stating he’s been doing this for 30 years so he knows the law if you’re so close minded to not learn something new about the law and I wouldn’t want you as my attorney laws and rules change every day
