I would not recommend this attorney for family law matters. My dissatisfaction is not based on the outcome of my cases, but on the handling of them. On two separate occasions, he failed to present evidence I had provided, stating it was “hearsay,” while similar evidence from the opposing party was accepted and used in court. Additionally, I was not adequately prepared for questioning, and it appeared that he himself had not fully prepared—missing key opportunities to question the other party while they were on the stand.
