Dr. Goyal has been treating our mom for two years now. She has been one of the most professional and caring doctors my mom has been treated by far. Dr. Goyal’s staff has been as caring and always make our mom feel as she is part of their family. Our dad came to visit once and needed to be seen, Dr. Goyal made herself available to see him and care for him as well. If I could do 0 stars I would. Dr. Goyal and her staff are disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I stopped seeing her when she openly mocked me and was loudly laughing about me to her staff down the hall while I was sitting in the treatment room waiting to be seen. All because she disagreed with the diagnosis of a specialist SHE sent me to. The most unprofessional “doctor” I have ever seen in my life. Was over 30 mins late, raised her voice in front of my 3 year old so I decided to leave the appointment. She then wouldn’t give my money back and continued to raise her voice at me while my son was there holding my hand. I have never been treated like this in front of my child and by a doctor at that!
