Duane installed my new shower surround and hooked up the plumbing, toilet, new sink faucet. Second bathroom done by Duane. Excellent service and communication.
They never returned my call. Disappointing.
This place does not return phone calls. Called them twice over the course of a 2 week span. I left detailed messages asking for a call back.. No response whatsoever. Rude! Update: I happen to be driving in town behind a truck that said 'Mit Plumbing" on the side of it, so I followed it a ways until it stopped at a residence. When the man got out of the truck ( I do believe it was the owner) I explained to him that I had been leaving messages on his phone and getting no callbacks and he said "Yah, I've been really busy...I ma... read more
These guys are great. It's a small operation that has always given me great service. They did the plumbing for my new home construction, as well as completing my basement a few years later. I've called them on numerous other occasions for issues at other properties and they are always quick to respond and complete the job correctly.
