Worst service. Had to wait for 3 hours even though there were very few patients. Insensitive and inexperienced staff.
Not open to the public. Should be hidden from Google search results. Also, their parking lot is $60. Don't learn this the hard way like I did.
Went there today for the first time was in and out
I have been at MIT medical 3 times and their service is the worst. The first time I went was to get a physical exam however, the Dr. didn't do anything pretty much, I was expecting to at least get a blood test. 2nd visit which was recently, I cut myself on my hand, I went to the urgent care and of course they don't do stitches. An urgent care that don't do stitches, seriously? 3rd visit, I had to wait over an hour to be attended to get my stitches out. Whats the point of all this money you pay for health insurance then?
