Went there today for the first time was in and out
I have been at MIT medical 3 times and their service is the worst. The first time I went was to get a physical exam however, the Dr. didn't do anything pretty much, I was expecting to at least get a blood test. 2nd visit which was recently, I cut myself on my hand, I went to the urgent care and of course they don't do stitches. An urgent care that don't do stitches, seriously? 3rd visit, I had to wait over an hour to be attended to get my stitches out. Whats the point of all this money you pay for health insurance then? The nurses here are very good and they are doing their best. However, they wait is quite long for walk ins and appointments and their diagnoses are not super accurate lol. Also, MIT students, it’s covered by your insurance, so don’t be afraid to come, it’s better to spend 3 hrs to find out what you have than to speculate for 3 weeks and be scared it’s something very bad.
