Had a great experience working with Jeff, Michelle and their manager Ben. I would definitely recommend MITFCU to family and friends.
I needed an account for my hobby income and decided to give this outfit a try by opening a savings account. Due to COVID I did not have any hobby income for couple years, and they changed the status of the account to inactive without telling me and started charging an inactivity fee every month Only after 6 months did they send a statement and I found out. The money management app and perks are really cool! The app takes too long to log into, and the services there fail a lot. They need to work on their IT side and investing there. Not 5 stars because I recently got off the phone and the person was rude. She hung up without asking if I needed anything else, or at least a goodbye. She sounded annoyed through the process of understanding how to apply for a personal loan. These are fundamental, customer service routines.
