Call center is terribly unhelpful. I had a simple question they refused to answer over the phone even though it didn’t involve any personal information. I just needed to know which account number another financial institution was asking for but they refused. Called Bank of America and they helped solve my problem quickly and kindly. Do NOT recommend MIT FCU unless you can always make it into a branch to resolve your questions.

Great bank, Never had any issues, and they are willing to work with me on any request. Definitely love that they don't charge for things that should be free. Checking/Savings etc should never be charged for as I'm letting the bank use my money, why should I pay them for that privilege. Wish other banks would follow that directive...
