I returned my last order to SHIPBOB, INC C/O Ken Barnes, 4051 Freeport Parkway, STE 300 Grapevine,, TX 76051-2316 by UPS. The order was received 1/25/2020. My first of many emails beginning 1/31/20 said they had refunded my $39.96. My reply on that day was that it had not been posted to my account. Their reply on that day was to please allow the bank 5 bus.days to process . I waited and no refund. on 2/6 I replied I have no refund..
