My dog died at this place and no explanation was given. The staff found my Female GSP dead this morning in her kennel with our other dog(male Pomeranian) sitting next to her. Our dogs were there for a week while we were on vacation, our normal kennel that they go to was having some repairs done and were booked so we sent them here since they had a good review on google and a friend said they had used them before with no issues. It's great to find a place our dogs are excited to go whenever we have to leave town.
I can’t say enough nice things about Mistyhollow. I can relax when my dog is there because I know he’s well taken care of. The women running this place really care and work so hard. We had a very tragic family emergency a few months back and they took my dog last minute at a time in the year I know they were busy. I don’t trust anyone to keep my dog like I do Mistyhollow.
They always take such great care of our two dogs.
