Neighborhood is Good, But management is bad. Prices pick up here and no improvements being done. Seems like all they care about is Money. Not to mention the water is always cut off because of a leak or something, and can be off for hours with no notification on what’s going on. Can’t wait to move out this place soon. 10 years is too long in a place like this with bad management and the company can care less.
Don't move to this mobile home park. House #364 is constantly playing loud music and the main office does not do anything. Do not move here
During the day at night, at midnight, and even now Their is always someone playing loud music. Unfortunately, management would not do anything about it. The house # 364 Neighbors across the streets from this place can hear how loud the music is. It's a shame! Management does nothing, and they get away with it. See video of loud music
