I felt very uncomfortable! When I would call the lady Victoriah would be rude say mmhmm and hang up. And when I went to go view a trailer they had she took me to one and we were in there and everytime id ask a question her response was mainly mmmhmm mhmmmm. She stayed on her phone and didn't walk me through the home I walked myself. So I left ended up going with seascape and the ladies help me there very much! Randy and all the girls were amazing and patient! 💕💕
My experience of trying to rent has never been this great and best experience I have had in my 28 years of renting! Joyce has been the best in all different way !!!!!! My parents have lived here for 22yrs and things have never been better!...Joyce has really been turning things around!...They have been holding a bunch of different events bringing the community together!...Maintaining the sports area which has been awesome!...Joyce is firm but fair and understanding which is what we've needed here!...Kudos to Joyce and her team!
My family and I have lived here almost a year and have gone through several personnel when it comes to management. As a community, we have been blessed to have Joyce and Victoria as well as the current maintenance team. We have had several maintenance requests and the team is very responsive to all the requests.
