Good store good product but when there is a bad product they do not stand behind the warranty and make every excuse to not give you a proper replacement or money back

Please return your device and we will refund the purchase. Generally warranties cover only the device electronics, not tanks or coils. As we inform purchasers of that device we use Aspire Atlantis coils for the replacement as our research shows some people do well with ceramic coils and some don't, that is the coil we use for replacements. We will gladly refund your purchase or give you store credit (your choice). It is normal procedure to fist replace a burned coil to see if that resolves issues for one to continue to enjoy... read more
Came in today for the first time. Didn't get the guys name I dealt with, but he was real nice, professional, and helpful. Love the NATUR juice I got looking for a high vg percentage they had. And wanted a new box mod. So I went with the sigelei fuchai 200w W TC. It's a awesome mod so far and I feel it will fit my needs for work. Thank y'all very much for an enjoyable and informative experience! I'd recommend them to anyone looking to stop in!
