When I first seen the reviews regarding how Ben deals with women, I was very wary. I needed an inspection done on my roof for a loan I'm in the process of getting. I hired Benjamin Easterday and had nothing but positive. Professional all the way and treated me right. The experience was above anything I expected. When I had questions and concerns about something I might want to change, he was patient and kind and called me right back. The work was excellent. The crews were just as professional as Benjamin. Building was exactly what we needed and went up quick
Excellent people with excellent service
Totally poor craftsmanship from the start of the project. Damaged the vinyl siding with holes for the rim board because they did not follow directions. Deck boards were cut at an angle causing a trip hazard. Deck steps are not to code and step posts were not set in concrete, only resting on dirt. Facia, which was clearly written on the contract, was not included, and renamed as "beam wrap" so they charged $600 more to complete what was originally agreed upon. There was no hand rail installed.
