Love Misty. She listens she cares. She's available. She doesn't mind calls and telehealth. Her nurse Lucy is a doll. All in all.....don't think she can be beat.
Wife tried to book an appointment, was told they would do but needed to call back. She called back the next day but because her English isn't the best, rude and condescending receptionist bullied her, made her feel less than, and then told her not accepting new patients. (no advisements on any of the sites we checked saying "not accepting". No idea if doctor any good but the staff upfront needs to be retrained or find a job that is not customer facing.
Terrible customer service by Donna (I’m assuming receptionist who answers the phone, keep in mind I finally knew what her name was 15 minutes into the call ). I was sent over by Dr. Jafarian (next door physician) to get a test done before my appointment (2:45). I arrived and called by 2:47pm and Donna answers the call and immediately states “this is (name of the place which I don’t even remember since she was so quick to put me on hold) hold please.” and immediately puts me on hold.
