Well I thought I was going get my car fixed but Steve never showed up after he texted and said he will arrive in 20 min . No show. He didn’t even notify me that he wasn’t coming or interested in job . I did read the reviews bout him not showing up but I give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

Our first experience with Misty was amazing, BUT Steve is a whole different story. He took three weeks to come and actually fix the car. Said the alternator was going bad and we had to go in person to Oreily's to buy it (using his discount of course, so he got the rewards points I guess). While he was swapping out the alternator, he found a broken bit on the radiator that he didn't mention before and we had to buy it on Amazon. Broken promises on fixing my car. Always had an excuse why he did'nt up. Never returned my phone calls or text messages. Not dependable mechanic hire someone else.

Firstly, there are a couple of reviews here that talk about bad experiences. These reviews are malicious, misleading, or in some instances lying outright. Misty and Steve are hands down the most helpful people I have ever met, and they make a living by being generous, patient, kind, and helpful above all. Bad experience. Called them to fix a oil problem, they ended up charging me almost $400 just for a oil problem, also they would never call me back or inform me about my car, took a month to get my car back just to have more issues then before. If anything don't trust these guys i have a feeling they might have stole a part to my car, because now it's worse then before.
