I moved to the complex middle of April of 2024. I absolutely love the area. I had no issues with Shady (leasing agent). Shady always responded quickly and was pleasant and helpful. Once I moved in I needed maintenance for a small issue, they were there the next morning. The complex is beautiful. There is grounds maintenance and cleaning of the buildings constantly. Office is always closed
I guess Nobody ever responds and if they do it's very generic and delayed, I called someone named shady in the office to set up a tour and haven't heard back in 2 days I also reached out over email.. go elsewhere or at least somewhere with responsive management
Property is beautiful but management and screening company are garbage and unresponsive. Lost out on 2 apartments because of them taking forever to review documents. Very unprofessional and frustrating when they will not communicate and just move on to the next person. Clearly its about the $$.
